# Torus

> Engineering intelligence for capital projects. Torus is a set of AI agents that read every document on a capital project (specs, P&IDs, datasheets, single-line diagrams, HMBs, alignment sheets), cross-reference every value that has to agree with another value, and draft the follow-up (RFIs, memos, transmittals) in the firm's own format. Built for EPC engineers and project managers in energy, process and industrial construction.

Torus is not a chatbot: it does not wait to be asked. More than fifty named checks run across the whole document set at once (relief set point against design pressure, transformer rating against connected load, code edition against project spec), and each flag carries the rule that fired and the documents it read.

Two ways to run it: Managed, on Torus's secure cloud with frontier models and an isolated tenant where data is dropped after each request; or Sovereign, inside the customer's own cloud, VPC or servers, with the model inside and nothing leaving. SOC 2 Type 1 and 2 are in progress.
